MAINTENANCE
Every 3 months remove the housing and carefully wipe down the reflectors and bulbs with a slightly damp cloth (after the bulbs have fully cooled)
to keep the unit in top shape. Also at this time inspect to ensure everything is intact and nothing is loose.
BULB HOUSING ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Bulb Housing Removal
CAUTION!
Power Off machine and allow the bulbs to fully cool.
Insure that at least one wheel is blocked up off the ground to create clearance and ease removal / installation. Damage
to the connectors could occur if the bulb housing is forced on or off.
1. Lift and safely support machine in order to gain clearance to remove the Bulb Housing.
CAUTION!
Do not grab the bulbs or in any way put pressure on them while separating the Bulb Housing from the UV Frame
Assembly as this could break the bulbs.
2. Remove the lock pins and carefully separate the Bulb Housing from the UV Frame Assembly.

Bulb Housing Installation
1. Lift and safely support machine in order to gain clearance to install the Bulb Housing.
CAUTION!
Do not grab the bulbs or in any way put pressure on them while installing the Bulb Housing onto the UV Frame Assembly
as this could break the bulbs.
2. Line up the Guides on the bulb housing with the Rails on the UVGI Frame Assembly. Then push the housing forward and slide it
onto the Frame Assembly.
3. Install the Pins to lock the bulb housing to the UVGI frame assembly.
4. Safely lower the machine to the floor.
