MACHINE CLEANING

The machine must be kept immaculately clean at all times. Clean it after use as described
below.
Remove the remains from the bowl after last batch, and when the machine is still warm,
fill it with water up to a few centimetres above the level of produced cream and start the
machine. It is recommended to operate the machine like that for about 30 minutes. Thanks
to temperature difference the cream residue will be removed from the bowl inner wall and
the mixing tool. Empty the machine and provide final cleaning. If necessary, use a sponge
or soft cloth. Do not use aggressive acids or chemicals which could damage the bowl
surface. It is allowed to use cleaning agents dedicated to disinfection and washing industrial
machines in food sector.
Outer side of the bowl should be cleaned with compressed air or damp cloths. Avoid
running water, and also prevent all electrical parts from water.
Attention: Before cleaning, always disconnect the machine from power supply
