Description
While the machine is in operation, the bowl must be
closed with a cover, and its key must be pushed into
the end connector.
Made of stainless steel, used as a product heater
and a tank.
Prevents machine operation when the key (being an
integral part of the cover (3)) is not pushed properly.
Connects the drive shaft (13) with the mixing tool
(14), enabling drive transmission. To remove the
mixing tool the lock should be turned upwards
Used for mixing various ingredients. Made entirely
of stainless steel.
Used for setting the time of bowl heating.
Stops the machine in emergency.
Starting or stopping mixing operation.
For starting or switching off bowl heaters. The
heaters operation is signalled by the connector
lighting in red.
Indicates power supply connection
Used for starting and stopping the mixing tool
motor. Switched to position 1 activates low mixing
tool rotation ; Switched to position 2, activates high
tool rotation. When the switch is in 0 position, the
mixing tool is not moving.
The switch may be set in two positions: 0 – the
machine is stopped; 1 – power is supplied.
Used for starting the machine and for cancelling the
alarm signalling the end of stored mixing time.
Used for setting desired mixing temperature.
Informing that heating time is over
