Before assembling the vehicle, thoroughly under-
stand the "Safety Check Out" described on page
51. After completion of assembly, carefully check
the vehicle referring to the "Safety Check Out",
then deliver the vehicle to the customer.
ASSEMBLY
REMOVING THE BRACKET
Remove the bracket from the handlebar mounting
position.
NOTE:
The bracket, bolts and pad are no longer
needed and these may be discarded.
A: Bracket
B: Bolt
C: Pad
HEADLIGHT BRACKET
Remove the bolts to take off the bracket.
A: 8 × 25 mm bolt (with lock washer and washer) (Black)
B: Headlight assembly
C: Headlight bracket
Mount the headlight bracket with two bolts.
A: Headlight bracket
B: 8 × 16 mm bolt (with lock washer and washer)
