Install the throttle assembly to the handlebar by using
two screws.
3 mm (0.12 in) 3 mm (0.12 in)
NOTE:
Install the throttle assembly after confirming
that there is approximately 3 mm (0.12 in)
clearance between the throttle assembly and
the brake lever holder.

Check to ensure that the throttle operates
freely and closes automatically.
Place the rubber boot.

FRONT BRAKE SWITCH
Insert the boss of the brake switch to the groove of
the brake lever holder.
Push the brake switch into the brake lever holder until
a click is felt.

FRONT BRAKE CABLE
Turn the brake cable adjuster and lock nut in as far as
possible and align the slots. Insert the inner cable
end into the recess in the brake cable equalizer, then
pull on the outer cable housing and insert it into the
adjuster.
NOTE:
Before installing the cable, grease the cable
end.
