IGNITION SWITCH

Install the neutral and reverse indicator light bulbs
into the rubber cushion holes provided in the steering
head cover.
NOTE:
Install the wiring harness to which a red tape
has been attached on "REVERSE" side.
A: Neutral indicator light bulb
B: Reverse indicator light bulb
C: Steering head cover
Align the boss of the ignition switch to the ignition
switch bracket and steering head cover groove.
Fix the ignition switch by tightening the ring nut.

Be sure not to twist the ignition switch wiring
harness.
A: Steering head cover

D: Boss
E: Groove
F: Ring nut
Install the steering head cover to handlebar mounting
bracket.
NOTE:
Pass the wiring harnesses in the groove of
steering head cover.

Be sure not to pinch the wiring harnesses
between the steering head cover and handle-
bar mounting bracket.

B: 6 × 10 mm screw
C: Groove
D: Wiring harness
HEADLIGHT
Set the headlight housing to its mounting position.
Clamp the wiring harness inside of the headlight
housing.
A: Headlight housing
B: Wiring harness
C: Clamp
