Connect the headlight coupler to main wiring har-
ness.
A: Coupler
B: Headlight
Make sure that the spacers are attached to the head-
light bracket, then install the headlight assembly to
the headlight bracket.
NOTE:
TOP TOP Install the headlight according to the mark
"TOP".
A: Headlight bracket
B: Spacer L: 9.0 mm OD: 11.0 mm
C: Headlight assembly
D: 8 × 25 mm bolt (with lock washer and washer) (Black)
E: Mark "TOP"

show the proper routing of the control cables
and wiring. Refer to them in addition to follow-
ing the instructions carefully.
A: Throttle cable

Remove the throttle housing retaining screws.
