4. Now your application device is ready for use. Depending on the size of the interfaces to
be treated switch between the available spraying modes D1 to D4 (DOSE) by moving the
selector switch [20] on the operating unit [8] upwards or downwards (Fig. 8).
A brief spray is output each time the switch [21] on the spray gun [4] is operated. Please
refer to Table 2 for the applied quantity of liquid as a function of the spray mode set.

The stated values are valid for the temperature of 18 °C.

Start with the smallest setting D1 and adjust depending on the requirement to
achieve complete coverage of the cut with TESSIOR

If bubbles can be seen in the hose line or if liquid mixed with air comes out of the
nozzle, the tank is empty and has to be replaced.
5. Your dosing system comes with an integrated counter for documentation of the number
of sprays applied. To display the number of sprays on the display of the operating unit
[8], turn the selector switch [20] to the right or left (Fig. 10).
The "USER: 12345678" display indicates the entire number of sprays you applied with
your device. Repeated operation of the selector switch [20] will display the number of
sprays in the respective spray mode ("D1: 12345678", "D2: 12345678", "D3:12345678",
"D4: 12345678").

You can reset the total counter "USER". To do so, keep the selector switch [20]
on the operating unit [8] pressed for at least 3 seconds = ENTER. Select "RESET
USER: YES" by pressing the selector switch [20] upwards or downwards. Confirm the
process by pressing the selector switch [20] again = ENTER.
6. Recharge the battery [9] when necessary as described in section "Preparation". The
battery is charging when the indicator light [15] on the charger [10] lights up red. Full
charging requires approx. 4 hours. Charging is complete as soon as the indicator light
[15] on the charger [10] lights up green (Fig. 3).
