13.4 Disassembly, Sealed Dispersion Tool:
The dispersion tools will heat in the area of the interlock casing (JJ); in particular,
the sealed dispersion tools can heat to the point that there is a risk of combus-
tion. Take precautions when replacing the tool and dismantling the tool.
Unscrew the interlock casing (JJ) using the wrenches (RR) and (SS) (included) counterclock-
wise. Use the wrench surfaces (NN) provided on both parts for this.
Pay attention to the elastomer O ring (OO) inserted to provide a seal in the interlock casing (JJ);
it must not be damaged and is responsible for sealing the dispersion tool.
HH
Insert the auxiliary tool (HH) into the cutting area of the dispersion tool in the manner shown.
Caution: The auxiliary tool (HH) has three different size insertion areas. These are designed for
the 3 sizes of tools: 8 / 12 / 18. Select the right size for your tool. Then unscrew the cutting rotor
(II) from the rotor shaft (BB) clockwise. Remove the cutting rotor (II) and the rotor shaft (BB). To
remove the PTFE bearing (AA) insert the cutting rotor on other side of rotor shaft (BB) and
genly push bearing out.
HH
The ball bearing 2 (KK) can be removed from the interlock casing (JJ) for cleaning. Insert the
screwdriver (Q) (included) into the slot in the inner ring of the ball bearing 2 (KK) and unscrew it
