SETTINGS AND ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING
All adjustments must be made on the basis of the specific characteristics of the appliance.
Use a manometer having a full scale in Pascal (not in bar).
Check the inlet pressure Pin and the outlet pressure Pint using the pressure test points provided.
To open the pressure test points use a 4.5 - 5 x 0.8 mm screw driver for slot-head screws. The
screws can not be removed. After settings, carefully seal test points ensuring gas soundness.
Recommended fixing torque: 1.0 Nm.
Versions with zero adjustment (offset)
Remove the plug A, using a 6.5 mm screwdriver for
slot-head screws (Fig.12). Disconnect the air pipe from
the air signal connection port G if any and connect the
manometer as shown in Fig.13.
Bring the appliance power to the minimum required
value and using a 4mm Allen wrench, move on to
calibration the screw B in order to bring to the required
value the difference in pressure Pint – Pair (offset).
Screw in to increase the offset.
NOTE: the protective plug A (Fig.12) can be furnished
but not fixed to the valve.
IMPORTANT
Versions with zero (offset) and gas/air ratio
adjustment
Remove the plug A, using a 6.5 mm screwdriver for
slot-head screws (Fig.12). Disconnect the air pipe from
the air signal connection port G if any and connect the
manometer as shown in Fig.13.
Bring the appliance power to the minimum required
value and using a 4mm Allen wrench, move on
to calibration the screw B in order to bring to the
required value the difference in pressure Pint – Pair
(offset). Screw in to increase the offset. Disconnect the
manometer and connect the pipe of air signal back to
the port G.
Move the appliance to get the maximum required
power and, using a 2.5 mm Allen wrench, move on to
calibration of screw R in order to bring CO/CO 2 ratio
and CO 2 to required values.

IF bEFORE THE ADJUSTMENTS PROCEDURE THE SOUNDNESS
TEST WAS PERFORMED THEN bEFORE STARTING THE ZERO
ADJUSTMENT (OFFSET) PROCEDURE, MAkE SURE TO RUN THE
FAN AT MAxIMUM SPEED FOR AT LEAST 2 SECONDS bEFORE
ENERGIZING THE AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF VALVES TO AVOID
POSSIbLE DRIFT OF THE OFFSET SETTING
After setting put back the
protective plug A, disconnect the manometer and reconnect the air pipe, if
any, to the air signal connection port G.
