WARNING

G3/4 version (male thread poka - yoke inlet with prefitted HNBR gasket and male thread outlet
suitable to fit the dedicated HNBR gasket)

Inlet connection: use gas pipes with a suitable flat annular surface to allow the use of the prefitted
HNBR sealing gasket. Do not remove the prefitted HNBR sealing gasket. Do not insert other
gaskets. The locking ring thread shall comply with ISO 228. Apply the proper torque to the locking
ring in order to ensure the seal.
Outlet connection: insert only the dedicated HNBR sealing gasket (Fig.3-b), available as
accessory. Do not insert other gaskets. The locking ring thread shall comply with ISO 228. Apply
the proper torque to the locking ring in order to ensure the seal.

Flanges shall be according ISO 7005. Use four screws threaded M4x1. The holes depth on the
valve is 6.0 mm. Use appropriate lenght screws to assure a penetration on the threaded holes on
the valve near to the maximum depth. First screw the pipes onto the flanges and then the flanges
onto the multifunctional control. Recommended torque for flange fixing screws: 3 Nm.
Important Check the "O" ring is properly placed in the groove of the flange.
