8.2 Dismantling/Mounting the
MKK 35-165 bellows
Dismantling the bellows at the fixed
and floating bearing ends:
Always shut down the power
before dismantling any equipment!
• First unscrew the bellows from the
end block (1).
• Ease the bellows off right up to the
carriage, if necessary using both
hands.
Do not wrench the bellows!
• Unscrew the bellows from the
carriage (2).
Mount the bellows in the reverse
order.

Dismantling the fixed bearing:
DANGER in the case of vertical
installation! Take precautions to
prevent the carriage with
superstructure crashing down!
• Remove the motor.

8.2 Montage/démontage du
soufflet pour MKK 35-165
Démontage du soufflet côté palier
fixe et côté palier libre:
Couper l'alimentation électrique
avant le démontage!
• Dévisser d'abord le soufflet de la
plaque d'extrémité (1).
• Retirer le soufflet vers le haut jusqu'au
plateau; le cas échéant utiliser les
deux mains.
Ne pas tirer violemment sur le
soufflet!
• Dévisser le soufflet du plateau (2).
Monter les soufflets dans l'ordre
inverse des opérations.
8.3 Echange de l'ensemble
palier fixe pour MKK 35-165
Démontage de l'ensemble palier fixe:
DANGER pour les montages
verticaux: prévenir la chute du
plateau et des équipements péri-
phériques!
• Démonter le moteur.

8.2 Soffietto di protezione per
linearmodulo MKK 35-165:
smontaggio/montaggio
Smontare il soffietto dal lato cusci-
netto di vincolo assiale e radiale:
Prima dello smontaggio,
togliere tensione!
• Svitare prima di tutto il soffietto dalle
piastre di estremità (1).
• Sollevare il soffietto verso l'alto fino
alla tavola; se necessario, accom-
pagnarlo dal basso con l'altra mano.
Fare attenzione a non strappare
il soffietto!
• Svitare il soffietto dalla tavola (2).
Montare i soffietti di protezione con
sequenza opposta a quella seguita
per lo smontaggio.
8.3 Sostituzione gruppo cusci-
netto di vincolo assiale (GC) per
linearmodulo MKK 35-165
Smontare il gruppo cuscinetto di
vincolo assiale (GC):
Pericolo per montaggi verticali!
Evitare la caduta della tavola e i
relativi pesi ad essa collegati!
• Smontare il motore.

• Smontare il soffietto di protezione.
