Transport
The chain guard must always be fitted – even when
transporting the appliance to short distances. The engine
must be switched off for long transporting (more than app.
50 m). Carry the pruning saw by its tube and guide handle
only. Do not touch the hot parts of the appliance – risk of
burn!
In vehicles: Secure the power appliance against turnover,
damage and fuel leakage.
Let the appliance cool down when transported to long
distances.
The drive mechanism can be divided in the middle in a
way the pruning saw can be transported easily, e.g. in
vehicles.
