Remote access
Remote access enables the answering machine to be contacted from
any telephone which uses tone dialling in order to listen to messages
received and execute other functions.
17.10.1
Remote access security code
The answering machine is provided with a personal identification number
so only you can listen to incoming messages via the remote access
feature. The default security code set at the factory is 000".

Proceed as follows to change the security code:

Note:
If an incorrect entry is made, the outgoing message is
repeated. If the security code is entered incorrectly three times,
the line is automatically disconnected.

system within the following 8 seconds. Refer to the table in
Chapter 17.10.4.
