Zip can be powered from the mains or the internal rechargeable
battery. The battery takes around two hours to fully charge and then
provides around two hours use. To use the mains supply or to
charge the battery, plug in the adapter and switch on at the mains.
Press the side button to turn on the battery charge indicator: this
flashes when charging.
Press again to turn on the light and activate the timer.
Press the button as necessary to set the timer: display shows
10-minute segments up to 60 minutes.
Timer segments disappear one by one and at the end of your
treatment the light will automatically fade down and turn off.
To turn off the light at any time, press and hold the side button.
On release, the light will fade down and turn off.
The battery charge indicator will remain on for around 15 minutes.
