3. ADJUSTMENTS
DANGER - WARNING
- PLACE THE MACHINE IN SAFETY CONDITIONS AS DESCRIBED IN THE HEADING
"GENERAL SAFETY REGULATIONS".
- ALL THE PROCEDURES FOR MACHINE ADJUSTMENTS AND USE DESCRIBED
IN THE FOLLOWING HEADINGS MUST BE PERFORMED ONLY AFTER THIS
INSTRUCTION, USE AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL HAS BEEN READ AND
UNDERSTOOD IN FULL.
DANGER - CAUTION
- At the end of every adjustment operation, check that all the knobs and handwheels
are correctly locked.
- At the end of every adjustment operation make sure no tools have been left on
the machine.
Preparing the machine in mitre saw mode
Uninstall and carefully store the lower guard (31) of the work bench.
DANGER - WARNING
AT THE END OF WORK, REPLACE THE LOWER GUARD (31).
3.1.
CUTTING ANGLE-HEAD ROTATION ADJUSTMENT (Fig. 5)
NOTES
The machine is supplied with basic positions calibrated at: 22° 30° and 45°

TO CHECK OR MODIFY CALIBRATIONS, PLEASE CONTACT AN AUTHORIZED
AFTER SALES SERVICE CENTRE.
To adjust the cutting angles proceed as follows:
a. slacken the screws (22);
b. release the machine head,
c. lift lever (8) up
d. turn the swivel support using the handgrip (1),
e. stop rotation when the pointer (21) is aligned with the selected position on the graduated
scale;
f. block the swivel support by tightening the screws (22);
To return to initial conditions, proceed as follows:
a. slacken screw (22);
b. lift lever (8) up;
c. turn the swivel support using the handgrip (1);
d. stop rotation when the pointer (21) is aligned on 0°;
e. block the swivel support by tightening knob (22);
f. position the head in the raised position.
