Warning: After the maintanance operations close the unit with its panel fastening them with the apposite screws.
Warning: When the lateral panels have to been removed, due the installation or maintanance, hold the internal
cables with a appropriate distance due avoiding contacts.
The following Maintenance Schedule must be performed by a specialized technician who operates,
preferably, with a maintenance contract.
Warning:
Before carrying out the checks listed below, make sure that the power supply line of the unit is sectioned at the
FR
start. Also make sure that the disconnecting device is padlocked or that a special warning sign is not applied to
the operating handle. Before operating on the electrical connections, make sure there is no voltage using a
Voltmeter or a phase tester. Some components (fans with EC technology, power factor correction capacitors,
inverters) can remain with dangerous voltages for a short period after the power supply is removed. Wait at
least 5 minutes to remove the panels to access the live parts.
Warning: Verify that the safety and control devices are working properly (monthly).
Warning: Ensure that all the terminals of the pcb and compressor are properly fastened. Clean periodically the
mobile ad fix contact of the contactors: if any damage has detected, please change the contactors (monthly).
Warning: Ensure that there aren't any oil leakage from the compressor (monthly).
Warning: Ensure the functioning the compressor's crackcase resistance (monthly: low tempereture units).
Warning: Clean the collection tray and the drainage pipe (monthly).
Warning: Clean the fins coils and the filters with compressed air with opposite direction to the air flow. If the filter
were completely clogged, clean with a water flow in opposite direction to the air flow (monthly or more frequentely
in dusty enviroment).
Warning: Check the fans and their balancing (each 4 months).

We recommend the use of original spare parts. If necessary, request the "parts list" from your vendor by specifying
the model and serial number of the unit.
