TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible Cause
Burners not
assembled correctly.
Not pressing igniter
in enough for spark.
No spark - out of
place, loose, or
broken.
LP Gas Cylinder is
empty.
LP Cylinder is not
fully attached to
regulator.
Obstructions in
Burners.
Wet Electrodes and
Burners.
Wire loose or
disconnected.
Wire shorting
(sparking between
Igniter and
Electrode).
Solution
See re-assembly after cleaning in
"Care and Maintenance. "
Push Regulator Knob in and turn
counterclockwise to the "High"
position. Depress the igniter
button until a loud click is heard.
Repeat until the burner lights.

Electrode tip is bent (making
too large or small of a gap
between the Electrode and
burner). Bend electrode tip
back to a 3/16" gap to burner
(Page 10).

Tighten Electrode mounting
screws.
3.
Replace Igniter Wire/Electrode
assembly. (Call Customer
Service Department)
Purchase new 1 lb. LP Gas Cylinder.
Tighten Cylinder by hand. Do not
use tools.

Allow electrode to air dry, dry with
clean cloth or blow dryer.
Reconnect the wire.
Replace Igniter Wire/Electrode
assembly. (Call the Customer
Service Department).
