Adjustment of the Opening Speed "OS"
(from 40 cm/s to 99 cm/s) (from 40 cm/s to 50 cm/s for British market)
1. By using the control panel
Press the « selection » key until OS (Opening
Speed) is displayed in the selection window.
The adjustment window displays the value in
centimeters per second. Adjust the value using the –
or + keys.
The door will memorize the last value displayed.
2. By using the remote control
Adjust by pressing directly the OS – or + keys.
The selection window then displays OS ; and the
opening speed is displayed in the adjustment
window in centimeters/second.
The door will memorize the last value displayed.
Ensure that the speed is fast enough so that users
do not strike the door leaves when the door starts to
open.
Apart from exceptional cases, the Opening Speed
should be between 80 cm/s and 99 cm/s.
If the door is correctly adjusted, users should be able to walk through it
normally without having to slow down, thus ensuring more fluid movement, and
avoiding the risk of « traffic jams ».
