Installation before use
Install the stopfor™ on the belay line.
The stopfor™ BF is installed on its string, it is not
removable.
Connect the stopfor™ to the fall arrest harness
the connector that is directly positioned on the
stopfor™ or with the connector positioned at the end
of the stopfor™ lanyard.
Then, the procedure to follow is as follows:
For stopfor™
B/MSP/K/KS/KSP
• Open the device by rotating the flange
mobile.
• Tilt the cam with your finger to release the passage
of the belay bracket.
• Insert the belay device between the axis of the
pinch and the cam.
• Close the movable flange as far as it will go on the
axis
of pinching.

into the holes of the two fixed and
movable flanges, which allows the device to be
locked.
• The stopfor™ must be oriented on the belay device
in such a way that the arrow points upwards, with
the device locked.
In case of a fall, the stopfor™ automatically stops the
operator.
For stopfor™ SL,
• take the stopfor™ S in your hands,
• lift the jaw lever upwards,
• unlock the lock by rotating it upwards,
• unscrew the knurled knob,
• open the swivel flange,
• stopfor™ must be oriented on the belay line in a
