Disposal
- Packaging: Dispose of the packaging material according to the
type of material and according to any local regulations.
- Appliance: This symbol indicates that this product should not
be disposed along with domestic waste (WEEE) in compliance
with the directive pertaining to used electrical and electronic
devices (2012/19/EC) and national laws. This product should
be handed over at an designated collection point. This can be
done, for example, by returning the product when purchasing a
similar product or by handing it over to an authorised collection
point for recycling used electrical and electronic equipment.
Improper handling of used equipment may have negative
effects on the environment and human health due to potentially
dangerous substances, which are often contained in electrical
and electronic equipment. By disposing of this product correctly,
you are also contributing towards an efficient use of natural
resources. Information on collecting points for waste equipment
can be obtained from your local authority, the public waste
disposal authority, an authorised institution for the disposal of
waste electrical and electronic equipment or the waste collection
services.
- Batteries: Do not dispose of spent batteries with the household
waste, instead hand the batteries in at a designated collection
point (dealership or local authority recycling facility).
- Gas cartridges: The gas cartridges cannot be refilled and
should be disposed of properly after use. Gas cartridges may
only be disposed of when empty. Do not open or incinerate
even after use. Do not dispose along with the household waste.
