NOTICE!
- The food and the grill grate should not touch the ceramic element
the temperature sensor
- After a longer period of operation, the gas cartridges cool down. This is
normal and is due to the physical properties of the liquefied gas.
Proceed as follows to grill a beef steak:
- Slide the drip tray
• Place the steak in the middle of the grill grate
• Push the grill grate into the grill using
the grill grate lifter
following when selecting the correct
height level and grilling time:
- To grill a "rare" steak, the meat
should be placed about 1 cm
below the ceramic
time of about one minute per side
is sufficient.
- To get a "medium" or "well done"
steak, place the meat lower down
and increase the grilling time
accordingly.
• Remove the grill grate from the grill, turn the steak over and grill the other side
as described above.
• Remove the grill grate and the drip tray from the grill. Place the steak in the
drip tray and add the desired seasoning.
• If the meat has not yet reached the desired core temperature, slide the drip
tray back into the bottom rail of the grill and let the meat heat up for a few
more minutes with the grill switched on.
• Switch the grill off immediately after each use. This way you save gas and the
gas cartridges can heat up again.
If the food is too close to the ceramic element
out. Remove the food, ignite the grill again and place the food lower down.
