Pre-heating food
Before you put meat on the grill, it should have at least reached room
temperature. Thicker pieces of meat or fish should be pre-heated since
otherwise they will not reach the required core temperature.
Proceed as follows to pre-heat meat:
• Turn the gas regulator and ignition knob
position.
• Place the meat in the drip tray
use the grill grate handle
it into the pre-heating chamber (in the
lower area of the grill).
• Close the lid
chamber.
• Wait a few minutes, depending on the
thickness of the piece of meat, until
the meat reaches a core temperature
of approx. 30 - 35 °C. You can
measure the core temperature with a
grill thermometer available from the
manufacturer, art. no. 1500003370.
Grilling
CAUTION!
- Accessible parts may become very hot. Keep children away
from the appliance. Always wear fire-resistant grill gloves when
working with hot parts. Ensure that the gloves are held away from
the flame.
- Remove the grill grate handle
process, as it can heat up quickly. Risk of burns!
- When inserting and removing the grill grate, hold the grill grate
lifter only at the edge, so that your hands or your gloves do not
come into contact with the flame (which may not be visible in
bright sunlight). Use only tested and fire-proof grill gloves. Risk
of fire and burns!
