Use
This grill is ideally suited for roasting fish, meat and vegetables and for preparing
various dishes 'au gratin'.
The preparation of beef steaks is described here as an example.
You can find more detailed recommendations and recipes on the internet and in
cook books.
As with any novel cooking method, the use of this grill require practice (correct
flame adjustment, optimum height of the grill grate, etc.) The more you practice,
the better the results will be.
- For health reasons, some meats, such as poultry, should always be
cooked through thoroughly before consumption.
- Only meat which is fresh and in excellent condition is suitable for
consumption at low core temperatures. Vacuum packed or frozen meat
is not usually suitable for consumption at low core temperature.
- Season the meat only after grilling. Otherwise, the season may be
burnt during the grilling process and develop an unpleasant taste.
