OPERATING RECOMMANDATIONS
Always remain vigilant when opening or closing the cover.
Before actuating the motor, check:
- that there is no-one in the pool.
- that no floating object or automatic cleaner could prevent or hinder movement of the slat cover
- that the water level is correct (not too high, not too low).
Monitor movement of the slat cover until it is stopped by the ends of travel.
MAINTENANCE AND WINTERIZING
The motor does does need any specific maintenance. Simply check that the motor pit is not too damp or
full of water.
During winter the motor should be removed after rolling the cover out over the pool:
- Unscrew and remove the quick fit connectors between the motor and its junction box leaving the
junction box attached to the wall.
- Remove the U-shaped pin by pulling it upwards and remove the motor.
- Store the motor in a dry location protected against bad weather.
To put the motor back into operation, carry out this procedure in the reverse order and re-programme the
ends of travel.
