5. Features and Functions

a) Digital Recorder
• Power supply via enclosed mains adapter
• Up to four cameras can be connected
• Recording of high-resolution AHD video signals
• Internal connection option for SATA hard disc 8.89 cm/3.5" (not enclosed, can be ordered separately) for recording
the video signals
• Operation via integrated OSD menu
• 3x USB2.0 socket for connection of a USB mouse and external USB data carriers
• Connection of an external screen via analogue video output, VGA or HDMI
• Network connection (LAN, RJ45)
• Operation in dry, closed inner rooms
b) Surveillance Cameras
• Power supply via enclosed mains adapter
• Integrated IR-LEDs; they switch on automatically in darkness
• Transfer of the video signal to the digital recorder via cable
• Four different operating modes or video output signals can be chosen (CVBS, AHD, CVI, TVI), see chapter 12;
"AHD" is pre-set (matching the digital recorder)
• Alu-metal housing
• Can be installed on a wall or a room ceiling
• Operation indoors or outdoors (however, the mains adapter must be operated in a dry, closed inner room)
