La résolution de l'image - Image résolution :
La résolution maximale théorique est définie par le théorème de Shannon-Nyquist qui dit que
la taille d'un pixel doit être 2.3 fois inférieur à la résolution. Les valeurs et formules sont sur
un tableau affiché dans la salle. Elle dépend de l'objectif.
The theoretical best resolution is defined by the Shannon-Nyquist theorem which says that
the size of a pixel must be 2.3 times smaller than the resolution. The values and formulas are
on a table displayed in the room. She depends on the objective.
Sous-échantillonné : on perd en résolution -
Bon échantillonnage : on a une bonne résolution -
Sur-échantillonné : on use le fluorochrome et on risque de bleacher sans gagner en
