Intérêt de l'acquisition spectrale: utile quand il y a un chevauchement des
flurophores à l'excitation et à l'émission. Si fluorochromes trop proches càd
<10nm, l'acquisition est impossible. Les utilisateurs viennent avec leur lame tous
les dyes couplés + les lames avec le simple marquage
