Réglage du Köhler - Köhler adjustment
Ce réglage permet d'ajuster le contraste et avoir une illumination homogène. Il se fait sur
chaque objectif. Et il se fait uniquement pour une acquisition en transmission.
This procedure allows you to adjust the contrast and have a homogeneous illumination. It is
done on each objective. It is only done for brighfield imaging.
