Sur la lame « Merge » avec tous les fluorochromes : régler le gain et les puissances lasers

Sur les lames avec un seul marquage, pour chacune : faire « Snap » -
single label, for each one: take a "Snap".

Aller dans l'onglet « Unmixing » : Créer un nouveau dossier à son nom -
"Unmixing" tab: create a new folder with its name

Cliquez sur l'outil "cible" et le positionner sur le point le + brillant de l'image -
"target" tool and position it on the brightest point of the image

Cliquez sur « Save to spectra ». Dans la fenêtre, apparition d'une étiquette nommée
"Region 1" en grisé -

Recommencer depuis l'étape N°2 pour chaque dye seul. Chaque dye = Region n -
from step 2 for each individual dye. Each dye = Region n
Click on "Save to spectra". In the window, a label named "Region 1"
