Montieren der Radabe
Säubern Sie den Achsstummel
und die Innenseite des Lagers
Schrauben Sie den Montage-
dorn (ArtikelNr. Bild 4304) auf
den Achsstummel.

Keinen Schlagschrauber
verwenden
VORSICHT
Die Montage des Na-
bensatzes ohne Benutzung
des Montagedorns verurs-
acht Schäden am Lager und
am Gewinde des Achsstummels.
Bestreichen Sie den Achs-
stummel mit Anti-Fretting Paste
Molykote TP 42 (Artikel Nr.
04290082) (Bild 4302)
Schieben Sie den Radnaben-
satz über den Montagedorn bis
zum Anschlag auf die Achse.
Schrauben Sie den Montage-
dorn ab.
Fetten Sie die Anlagefläche und
das Gewinde der Achsmutter
leicht ein.
Ziehen Sie die Achsmutter, unter
gleichzeitigem Drehen der Rad-
nabe, fest. Anziehdrehmoment
siehe Tabelle (Bild 4303).
Nach dem Anziehen der
Achsmutter:
Sicherungsschraube mit
15Nm ±1,5 anziehen
(Bild 4305)!

Mounting the wheel hub
Clean the Stub shaft and inner
side of the bearing.
Attach the mounting mandrel
(item no. fig. 4304) to the stub
shaft.
ATTENTION
Left-hand thread/right-hand
thread.
Don't use impact wrench
CAUTION
Mounting the hub set without
using the mounting mandrel
will damage the bearing and
the stub shaft thread.
Apply GIGANT compound
(Molikote TP 42 article no.
04290082) (fig. 4302) to the
stub shaft with a brush.
Push the wheel hub set onto
the axle over the mounting
mandrel until the stop.
Unscrew the mounting mandrel
Grease the contact surface
and the thread of the axle nuts
slightly.
Tighten the axle nut; see the
table for the tightening torque
(fig. 4303).
After tightening the
axle nut:
Lock secure nut with
15Nm ±1,5
(fig. 4305)!
ATTENTION
Left-hand thread/right-hand
thread.

Pose du moyeu
Nettoyez la face intérieure du
roulement et de la bague.
Vissez le mandrin de montage
(référence n° figure 4304) sur
la fusée d'essieu.
ATTENTION
Pas gauche /droit.
Ne pas visseuse à chocs
PRUDENCE
La pose du moyeu sans uti-
liser le mandrin de montage
occasionne des dommages
sur les roulements et sur le
filetage de la fusée d'essieu.
Appliquez de la pâte GIGANT
(Molykote TP 42 n° de réfé-
rence 04290082) sur la fusée
d'essieu (figure 4302).
Poussez le moyeu sur le
mandrin de montage jusqu'en
butée sur l'essieu.
Dévissez le mandrin de mon-
tage.
Graissez légèrement la surface
d'appui et le pas de vis de
l'écrou.
Serrez l'écrou, consultez le
tableau (figure 4303) pour le
couple de serrage.
Après avoir serré
l´ écrou d´éssieu:
Boulon de fixation
15Nm ±1,5
(figure 4305)!
ATTENTION
