Auswechseln der

Bremsnockenwelle
Bauen Sie Räder, Brems-
trommel, Bremsbacken und
Radnabe gem. Anleitung ab
(Bild 1401).
Nehmen Sie den Gestängestel-
ler ab.
Öffnen Sie alle Sicherungs-
klammern der Gummidich-
tungen. Nehmen Sie den
Sprengring aus der Nut des
Zahnwellenprofils heraus.
Prüfen Sie die Buchse (Bild
1401) im Stützlager auf Ver-
schleiß. Tauschen Sie ggf.
bei Verschleiß das Nockenwel-
lenlager mit aus (Bild 1402).
Das Nockenwellenlager gemäß
Bild 1402 montieren und
Festpunktlasche AGS zeigt zur
Achsmitte.
Erst Kunststoffring und dann O-
Ring auf die Bremsnockenwelle
aufstecken Bremsnockenwelle
durch Fixpunktlagerung der
Achse stecken.
Dichtring mit Wölbung zur
Achsmitte und Sicherungsring
sowie Schutzmanschetten
gemäß Bild 1403 aufstecken
und Bremsnockenwelle bis
Anschlag durch schieben.
Dichtringe bis zum Anschlag
aufschieben und mit Siche-
rungsring sichern.
Schutzmanschetten gemäß Bild
1404 und 1405 sichern und
Bremsnockenwelle fetten und
auf Leichtgängigkeit prüfen!

Replacing the brake cam
Remove wheel, brake drum,
brake shoes, and wheel hub in
accordance with the instruc-
tions (fig. 1401).
Remove the slack adjuster.
Open all rubber seal locking
clamps. Remove the snap ring
from the groove of the spline
shaft profile.
Check the spherical bearing
(fig.1401) in the support for
wear. If needed replace the
bearing holder with spherical
bearing. (fig. 1402).
The camshaft bearings in ac-
cordance with figure 1402 and
bracket AGS mount points to
the center of the axle.
Place first plastic ring and then
O-ring on the s-cam and put
the s-cam through the fix point
bearing of the axle.
Seal with the curvature center
of the axle and snap ring and
protective cups as shown in
figure 1403 and attach brake
camshaft push to stop by.
Seals to stop delay and secure
with retaining ring.
Protective sleeves as shown
in Figure 1404 and 1405 and
ensure camshaft for smooth
and grease!
Remplacer les cames de
frein
Déposez les roues, le tambour
de frein, les mâchoires et le
moyeu conformément aux
instructions (figure 1401).
Retirez la timonerie du frein.
Ouvrez tous les crochets fixant
les joints de sécurité. Enlevez
le circlips de la rainure dans le
profil à arbres cannelés.
Vérifiez si la douille dans le pa-
lier présente (figure 1401) des
signes d'usure. Le cas échéant,
remplacez le palier avec le
coussinet. (figure 1402).
Les roulements d'arbre à
cames en conformité avec la
figure 1402 et en virgule fixe
des points de montage courroie
pour le centre de l'essieu
Seulement anneau en plas-
tique, puis le joint torique pour
mettre le palier d'arbre à cames
de frein d'arbre à cames de
l'essieu par un point fixe.
Seal avec le centre de courbure
de l'anneau d'essieu et com-
posant logiciel enfichable et les
tasses de protection comme
le montre la figure 1403 et joi-
gnez-poussoir d'arbre à cames
de frein pour arrêter.
Joints pour arrêter retard et le
fixer avec la bague de retenue
Manches de protection comme
indiqué dans la figure 1404
et 1405 et d'assurer l'arbre à
cames, douce et graisée!
