Releasing the Lock Button
If the Chamber cannot be removed because the Lock Button cannot be pressed,
perform the following operation to release the Lock Button and remove the Chamber,
and then contact your Authorized NSK Dealer.
1) Insert the included Unlocking Tool into the hole on the base of the Control Unit and
push it in all the way. (Fig. 43)
The Lock Button is released.
2) Remove the Unlocking Tool.
3) Press the Lock Button to remove the Chamber.
If the Lock Button is still not released, contact your Authorized NSK Dealer.
• Do not turn the Control Unit upside-down when releasing the Lock Button. Failing to do so may cause powder to get clogged.
• Do not twist the Unlocking Tool when inserting it.
CAUTION
9-5 Cleaning the Control Unit and Foot Control
1) Turn OFF the power.
2) Disconnect the AC power cord from the wall socket.
3) Wipe off dirt and powder with a damp cloth and then wipe the surface with a cloth soaked in alcohol.
• Never use solvents such as benzine or thinner for cleaning.

10-1 Replacing the O-rings
Replace the O-rings when symptoms such as leakage of water or air are observed.
10-1-1 Handpiece Cord
1) Remove the Handpiece Cord from the Control Unit.
2) Remove the O-ring to be replaced using a needle, etc (Fig. 44).
3) Place the new O-ring in the groove from where the old O-ring was removed.
