Disposal

Carry out disposal
Start pumping out
Connect the suction hose of the disposal vehicle to the
Storz-B coupling.
Start the pumping process at the disposal vehicle.
Partial emptying
Wait until 1/3 of the static level has been pumped off.
How long this takes depends on the nominal size.
Pause the pumping process at the disposal vehicle.
Switch the shredder-mix pump on.
Wait until the separator content has been homogenised
sufficiently. How long this takes depends on the nominal
size. The times in the table shown below can be taken as
reference values.
✓ The shredder mix pump switches off automatically after
the end of the "Mixing-Cleaning" program.
✓ The "Partially fill valve" program section starts up auto-
matically if the On delay has expired. This can occur at
the same time as the start/end of the "Mixing-Cleaning"
program, or also while this program is running. It is even
possible to set a start after the end of the "Mixing-Clean-
ing" program, namely if the duration of the On delay is
longer than the duration of the "Mixing-Cleaning" pro-
gram.
Start pumping out
Confirm end of the disposal process with OK.
Start the pumping process at the disposal vehicle again.
Wait until the tank has been pumped empty (slurping
noises).
