Cause
Wrong rotary field for mains connection Connect rotary field correctly.
Motor protection switch has triggered
Current value for pump not set cor-
rectly
Motor current too high due to faulty or
blocked pump.
Increased current due to phase failure
One of the phases is no longer avail-
able
Power contactor has carried out more
than 100,000 operating cycles
Winding temperature switch has trig-
gered
The minimum current of the pump is
not being reached. (The cable from the
control unit to the motor could be inter-
rupted or damaged).
The maximum current of the pump has
been exceeded (e.g. blockage)
Power contactor is no longer switching
Cause
Wastewater pipes leaking
No ventilation pipe, cross-section too small
System parts are leaking

Carry out pump maintenance.
Check the voltage for phase failure.
Check the mains connection on the con-
trol unit, test residual current device.
Message can be acknowledged. Mes-
sage appears again after a further 1,000
operating cycles. Have the power con-
tactor replaced by customer service.
Self-resetting when the motor cools
down. Acknowledge fault message with
alarm button, please contact Customer
Service if further temperature fault mes-
sages are issued.
Check cable and repair if necessary.
Replace pump, if defective.
Remove blockage (follow the safety
instructions). Replace pump, if defec-
tive.
Switch off the voltage supply for the
control unit and have the power contac-
