2. PRECAUZIONI GENERALI
- Accertarsi sempre ed in via preventiva di aver compreso il contenuto del Manuale di uso e manutenzione. Il mancato rispetto delle norme in esso
contenute, esime il Costruttore da responsabilità per danni relativi a persone e/o cose.
- Accessori di installazione (pompe, prese di forza, ecc.), eventuali attrezzature e gruppi di sollevamento (benne, verricelli, ecc.), dispositivi di
comando (tele/radio-comandi, refrigeratori, ecc.) e quant'altro di fornibile dall'Installatore autorizzato EFFER, dev'essere accompagnato dalla
dichiarazione CE di conformità e dalle relative istruzioni. Verificarne i contenuti ed approfondirne le prescrizioni prima di operare con la gru. Per
qualsiasi problema di natura tecnico/informativa, consultare direttamente la EFFER.
- La gru - ed i suoi accessori - sono stati progettati, realizzati e protetti per il sollevamento e lo spostamento di carichi compatibili alle caratteristiche
prescritte dal Costruttore. Qualsiasi altro uso, non compreso dalle pagine del presente manuale, è da considerarsi NON AMMESSO.
- Verificare sempre ed in via preventiva il rispetto delle norme minimali di operatività della macchina, rilevando e confrontando con i dati di seguito
riportati, le condizioni ambientali e produttive, la temperatura, l'illuminazione, le vibrazioni e l'idoneità degli spazi produttivi.
- Delimitare le aree operative e la posizione dell'utilizzatore, prevedendo ingombri sufficienti a produzione, manutenzione e disimpegno nel pieno
rispetto delle prescrizioni di sicurezza raccomandate dal Costruttore.
- Controllare sempre ed in via preventiva che le condizioni ambientali e produttive in prossimità dell'area operativa, non costituiscano ostacolo per
l'accesso ai comandi di emergenza della gru.
- Attenersi in ogni caso alle norme antinfortunistiche vigenti.
GB 2. GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
- Always make sure in advance that you have understood the contents of the instruction and maintenance Manual. Failure to respect the instructions
contained therein shall exempt the Manufacturer from any liability for damage to people and/or property.
- Installation accessories (pumps, power take-offs, etc.), any equipment and lifting units (buckets, winches, etc.), control devices (cable/radio remote
controls, coolers, etc.) and anything else supplied by the authorized EFFER installation technician must be accompanied by an EC statement of
compliance and an instruction booklet. Check the contents and examine the instructions before working with the crane. For any technical/information
problem, contact EFFER directly.
- The crane - and its accessories - have been designed, built and protected for lifting loads compatible with the specifications indicated by the
Manufacturer. Any other use not covered in the pages of this manual is to be considered PROHIBITED.
- Always make sure in advance that the minimal operative standards for the machine are met, checking and comparing the results with the data listed
below, as well as the environmental and production conditions, the temperature, lighting, vibrations and suitability of the production area.

- Mark the boundaries of the operating areas and user position, providing sufficient space for operation, maintenance and movement in full respect of
the safety rules recommended by the Manufacturer.
- Always make sure in advance that the environmental and production conditions around the operating area do not constitute an obstacle for access
to the emergency controls of the crane.
- In any case, always adhere to current safety regulations.

2. PRECAUTIONS GENERALES
- S'assurer toujours et de façon préalable que vous avez bien compris le contenu de la notice d'utilisation et d'entretien. Le non respect des normes
figurant dans la notice, décharge le Fabricant de toute responsabilité pour les dommages aux personnes et/ou choses.
- Les accessoires d'installation (pompes, prises de force, etc.), les éventuels outillages et groupes de soulèvement (bennes, treuils, etc.), les dispositifs
de commande (télé/radio-commandes, réfrigérateurs, etc.) et tout le matériel fourni par l'Installateur agréé EFFER, doit être accompagné de la
déclaration CE de conformité et des instructions correspondantes. Vérifiez-en le contenu et approfondissez-en les prescriptions avant d'opérer avec
la grue. Pour tout problème de nature technique, veuillez contacter directement la Société EFFER.
- La grue - et ses accessoires - ont été conçus, réalisés et protégés pour le soulèvement et le déplacement de charges compatibles présentant les

caractéristiques prescrites par le Fabricant. Toute autre utilisation, non comprise dans les pages de la présente notice doit être considérée comme
NON ADMISE.
- Vérifiez toujours et de façon préalable le respect des normes minimales de fonctionnement de la machine, en mesurant et en comparant avec les
données indiquées ci-après, les conditions ambiantes et productives, la température, l'éclairage, les vibrations et la conformité des espaces productifs.
- Délimitez les zones d'utilisation et la position de l'utilisateur, en prévoyant des encombrements suffisants pour la production, l'entretien et dégagement
dans le respect total des prescriptions de sécurité indiquées par le Fabricant.
- Contrôlez toujours et de façon préalable que les conditions ambiantes et productives à proximité de la zone d'opération, ne constituent pas un
obstacle pour l'accès aux commandes d'urgence de la grue.
- Conformez-vous toujours aux normes de prévention des accidents en vigueur.

2. ALLGEMEINE VORSICHTSMAßREGELN
- Man sollte vorher immer abklären, ob der Inhalt der Betriebs- und Wartungsanleitung genau verstanden worden ist. Die Nichteinhaltung der in der
Betriebsanleitung enthaltenen Vorschriften entbindet den Hersteller von jeglicher Haftung gegenüber Sach- und/oder Personenschäden.

- Das Einbauzubehör (Pumpen, Abtriebe, usw.), die evtl. Hebeausrüstungen oder -gruppen (Greifer, Seilwinden, usw.), die Steuereinrichtungen
(Fernbedienung/Funksteuerung, Kühlaggregat, usw.) und alle Vorrichtungen, die von den EFFER-Vertragswerkstätten geliefert werden, müssen über
die EG-Konformitätsbescheinigung und über die entsprechende Betriebsanleitung verfügen. Vor Einsatz des Krans sollte der Inhalt dieser Unterlagen
sorgfältig geprüft und vertieft werden. Setzen Sie sich bitte direkt mit der Fa. EFFER in Verbindung, falls Sie Probleme technisch-informativer Art
haben.
- Der Kran (und sein Zubehör) wurde zum Heben und Versetzen von Lasten geplant, gebaut und geschützt, die den vom Hersteller vorgeschriebenen
Merkmalen entsprechen.
Jeder Einsatz, der nicht in der vorliegenden Betriebsanleitung beschrieben wird, ist VERBOTEN.
- Die Mindestvorschriften für den Betrieb des Krans sollten vorher immer geprüft und die nachfolgend aufgeführten Daten, mit den vorhandenen
Umgebungs - und Arbeitsbedingungen, mit der Temperatur, der Beleuchtung, den Schwingungen und den Platzmöglichkeiten verglichen werden.
- Der Arbeitsbereich und die Position des Bedieners müssen abgegrenzt werden. Dabei genügend Platz für den Betrieb, die Wartung und zum
Abstellen, unter voller Beachtung der vom Hersteller aufgeführten Sicherheitsvorschriften, vorsehen.
- Vorab immer prüfen, ob die Umgebungs- und Arbeitsbedingungen, im Arbeitsbereich, den Zugriff zu den Not-Aus-Vorrichtungen des Krans evtl.
behindern.
- Die örtlich gültigen Unfallschutzvorschriften müssen auf alle Fälle eingehalten werden.
