10.6. Controlli ed ispezioni
Ispezioni sulla carpenteria della gru
Verificare la carpenteria della gru; controllare in particolare che non vi siano fessure e cricche, soprattutto ai bordi delle zone saldate e nella mezzeria
dei cordoni di saldatura. Si possono avere indizi di danneggiamento nel caso in cui la vernice presenti fessurazioni. Ove si riscontrassero queste od
altre anomalie, rivolgersi con la massima urgenza, all'assistenza tecnica EFFER.
Ispezioni sull'impianto idraulico
Controllare lo stato di tubi rigidi, flessibili, dei raccordi e delle valvole. Questi non devono presentare trafilamenti d'olio, urti, schiacciamenti,
danneggiamenti. Verificare integrità e la funzionalità delle guarnizioni raschiafango dei martinetti che devono pulire lo stelo in fase di rientro. Controllare
inoltre che gli steli non presentino eccessivi veli d'olio. Se così fosse, le guarnizioni interne potrebbero essere danneggiate.
Verificare integrità e la funzionalità del distributore di comando controllando la pressione di taratura della valvola generale, osservando che la lancetta
del manometro non superi di oltre 10/20 bar l'inizio della zona rossa andando a fine corsa col primo braccio.
NOTA: i raccordi utilizzati nel circuito idraulico possono - soprattutto nei primi mesi di utilizzo -, presentare dei trafilamenti d'olio nei punti di giunzione.
Ove si riscontrassero delle anomalie, rivolgersi con la massima urgenza all'assistenza tecnica EFFER.

Inspecting the metal carpentry of the crane
Check the metal carpentry of the crane; make sure in particular that there are no cracks or fissures, especially along the edges of welded areas and
in the center of welding beads. If the paint is cracked, this could be a sign of damage.
If these or any other problems are encountered, contact the EFFER Technical Service immediately.
Inspecting the hydraulic system
Check the status of pipes, hoses, fittings and valves. These must not show oil leaks, dents, crushed portions, or other damage. Make sure the mud
scraper gaskets of the jacks are intact, as they must clean the stem as it is retracted. Also make sure that the stems are not excessively oily. If so, the

internal gaskets could be damaged.
Make sure the controlbank is intact and efficient, checking the setting pressure of the main valve and making sure that the pressure gauge indicator
does not go more than 10/20 bar beyond the start of the red area as the first arm extends to the end of its stroke.
NOTE: the fittings used in the hydraulic circuit may leak oil at coupling points, especially during the first few months.
If any problems are encountered, contact the EFFER Technical Service immediately.

cordons de soudure. Il peut y avoir des indices d'endommagement si la peinture présente des fissures.
Si vous constatez cette anomalie ou d'autres anomalies, adressez-vous dans les plus brefs délais au service après-vente EFFER.

Inspections sur le circuit hydraulique
Contrôlez l'état des tuyaux rigides, flexibles, des raccords et des valves. Ils ne doivent pas présenter de fuites d'huile, de chocs, d'écrasements, de
dommages. Vérifiez l'intégrité et la fonctionnalité des joints râcleurs des vérins qui doivent nettoyer la tige en phase de retour. Contrôlez en outre que
les tiges ne présentent pas de couches d'huile excessives. Si c'était le cas, les joints internes pourraient être endommagés.
Vérifiez l'intégrité et la fonctionnalité du distributeur de commande en contrôlant la pression de réglage de la valve générale, en veillant à ce que
l'aiguille du manomètre ne dépasse pas de plus que 10/20 bar le début de la zone rouge en allant en fin de course avec le premier bras.
NOTE: les raccords utilisés dans le circuit hydraulique peuvent - surtout dans les premiers mois d'utilisation -, présenter des fuites d'huile dans les
points de jonction.
Si vous constatez des anomalies, adressez-vous dans les plus brefs délais au service après-vente EFFER.

Überprüfung der Metallstruktur des Krans
Die Metallstruktur des Krans prüfen. Auf evtl. Risse und Brüche, besonders an den Rändern der Schweißstellen und in der Mitte der Schweißnähte,
achten. Risse im Lack können auf evtl. Schäden hinweisen.
Falls solche Schäden festgestellt werden, muß man sich umgehend an den EFFER-Kundendienst werden.
Überprüfung der Hydraulik
Den Zustand der Schläuche, der Rohre, der Anschlüsse und der Ventile prüfen; sie dürfen kein Öl verlieren oder Schlag-, Quetsch- und Schadstellen
aufweisen. Den Zustand und die Funktionstüchtigkeit der Schmutzabstreifdichtungen der Zylinder, die den Schaft während der Einfahrphase säubern
müssen, prüfen. Außerdem prüfen, ob der Ölfilm auf den Schaften zu dick ist. In diesem Fall könnten die inneren Dichtungen beschädigt werden.
Den Zustand und die Funktionstüchtigkeit des Steuerventils prüfen. Dazu den ersten Ausleger bis zum Endanschlag ausfahren und den Eichdruck
des Hauptventils kontrollieren. Der Zeiger des Manometers darf nicht um mehr als 10/20 bar den Anfang des roten Bereiches überschreiten.
HINWEIS: Die in der Hydraulik eingesetzten Anschlüsse können, besonders während der ersten Betriebsmonate, an den Verbindungsstellen etwas
Öl verlieren.
Beim Auftreten von Störungen muß man sich umgehend an den EFFER-Kundendienst wenden.
