➥ Defective yarn presence sensor.
A yarn was cut
➥ Replace the cable with the sensor.
Stop button does not work
➥ Replace the button board.
A wire detached from the plug or the motor
➥ Check and reconnect.
A fuse blew
➥ Replace the fuse 22 fig.8A in the electric system transformer, using the correct type.
Defective board
➥ Replace the card 23 fig.6A (remember to disconnect the machine from the power supply).
Inverter arrested due to overcurrent
➥ Check if it operates when the speed is reduced. Look for the defect in a jammed mechanical
component, which could cause the overcurrent. In any case, contact the technical support service
for the repair or replacement of the defective component 23 fig.8A.
Motor arrested
➥ If overheated, the motor will burn out; check the causes of the overheating.
Start button does not work
➥ Check the yarn sensor - replace the button board.
The switch 4 fig.8 is broken
➥ Replace.
Defective high voltage power supply cable socket or plug connection
➥ Remove the plug (high voltage) and connect one cable at a time in order to find the contact that
caused the defect.
The thermal magnetic switch 21 fig.10 tripped
➥ Look for the short circuit in the machine's or motor's electrical system.
➥ Check the available Kw and the required Kw; reducing the speed, it can be checked if this is
the cause.
➥ Switch 4 fig.8 is defective.
