Equipment Setup and Use:

Prior to use:

a. Inspect the product looking for any visible damage or sharp edges that could
be caused by a drop or impact during storage.
b. Make sure product has been properly cleaned and disinfected and wiped dry
prior to each use.

Setup:

1. Mount the included Clip-On
on the non-operative side of the table
at approximately the patient's knee.
2. Insert the post into the Clip-On
and tighten the power grip. Adjust the
buckle and position the padded
portion around the patient's rib cage.
3. Make sure the padded portion of the
safety strap comes in contact with the
patient.
4. Release the Velcro strap on the
backside of the padded portion and
loop through the black post on the
back of the Beach Chair. Affix the
Velcro to the backside of the
padded portion. Tighten the strap to
firmly secure the patient's operative
side.
WARNING: Do not raise or lower the shoulder chair when the
safety strap is attached.
