cleaning
■ Use clean water, if necessary with a small amount of a neutral
or slightly alkaline cleaning agent.
■ Use soft, non-abrasive cloths and rags.
■ Do not use steam cleaners or pressure cleaners.
■ Do not clean with scratching or abrasive cleaning agents.
■ Use a soft cloth or industrial cotton wool for cleaning.
■ Never rub too hard.
■ Do not use acidic or highly alkaline cleaning and surfactant
agents.
■ Organic solvents which contain esters, ketones, alcohol,
aromatic compounds, glycol ethers, halogenated hydrocarbons
or similar must not be used.
■ Cleaning agents with an unknown composition must not be
used.
■ Use petroleum hydrocarbons which are free of aromatic
compounds to remove greasy, oily or sooty substances; carry
out a preliminary test on a non-visible surface.
■ Remove adhesives, silicone rubber or adhesive tape
immediately using petroleum hydrocarbons which are free of
aromatic compounds; carry out a preliminary test on a non-
visible surface.
