3.2.1
Working with time control - TIME MODE
A. If necessary switch from TEMPERATURE MODE to TIME MODE by pressing
B. Select the desired heating time by using the keys

to activate the heating cycle. The remaining heating time will be
displayed. Note that the maximum temperature the clamp can withstand is
200 °C (392 °F).
D. An acoustic signal will indicate when the heating cycle has been completed.
This will switch off after 10 signals or when pressing
E. The heater is then ready for use with the same preselected time

Working with temperature control -TEMPERATURE MODE
A. If necessary switch from TIME MODE to TEMPERATURE MODE by pressing
When the TEMPERATURE MODE is selected, 110 °C (230 °F) is automatically
displayed as the default value which is the recommended heating temperature
for bearings.
B. Select the desired heating temperature (maximum 200 °C / 392 °F) by using
the keys

to start heating. The actual temperature of the component being
heated will be shown.
D. An acoustic signal will indicate that the preselected temperature has been
reached. This will switch off after 10 signals or when pressing
E. If the workpiece is left in position, the heater will automatically start again as
soon as the temperature has dropped to 10 °C (10 °F) below the selected
value. This thermostatic function is stopped by pressing
F. The heater is again ready for use with the same preselected temperature.
