Rectification
- Check airgap / hinge pivot
point and use spacer plate,
if necessary (installation
between face plate and sash
part)
- Check frame part in relation
to sash part positioning
- The centre mark of the
frame and sash part must not
deviate by more than ± 2 mm
vertically
- Check the frame part and
sash part polarity (see
respective mark with + (plus)
or - (minus) symbol and geo-
metric alignment)
- Check for cleanliness/cor-
rosion, refer to frame part
contact surfaces or tappet tip
and grease, if applicable
- Frame power supply input-si-
de connection
(test 230 V AC)

- Determine the cause for hea-
ting up (e.g. eliminate consu-
mers with > 1.5 A of continuous
load, reduce door temperature
