If a wet paraglider is flown at the lower weight limit, this will result in
a further small increase in the angle of attack as well as a lower air
speed on account of the reduced wing loading.
In order to avoid the danger of a deep stall with a wet paraglider, the
brakes should be used as little as possible and big ears should not
be used under any circumstances. As a further precautionary meas-
ure, the paraglider can be accelerated slightly with the speed bar (25-
40%). These measures result in a lower angle of attack.
Should the paraglider nevertheless get into a deep stall, the only
method of recovery is by acceleration using the speed system.
