If the surface is very dirty it can be washed with water and detergent.

• IMPORTANT: Please note that detergents remove the natural oil film from
the surface, so the grill must be coated with oil after washing.
• After each use, remove and clean the collection drawer. The container must
be washed with detergent.
IMPORTANT: If the container is not cleaned, the remaining food and fats may
ignite when the grill is heated again.
IMPORTANT: Do not pour water over hot grill plates. It may cause deformation
and cracks in the heating plate, i.e. permanent damage.
