Turn on/off the power and the LCD display by
keeping pressing this key for more than 1 second�
Select an auto reverse mode�
The key changes over to AUTO REVERSE, AUTO
REVERSE OFF and AUTO STOP each time it is
pressed� If this key is kept pressed, it is fast-
forwarded�

• Switch the rotation direction of the file� The key
changes over to the forward rotation

• It can also be changed while the file is in motion�
• The alarm sounds during reverse rotation�
• Resolve the battery memory effect by turning on
the power while pressing this key� (See "7 – 1
Battery refresh"�)
• Select a gear ratio according to the contra angle
head used� The key changes over to 1:1 > 4:1 >
10:1 > 16:1 > 20:1 > 1:1, and so on each time
it is pressed�
• If this key is kept pressed, it is fast-forwarded�
• The gear ratio cannot be changed while the file
is in motion�
• Select the rotation speed�
• If the speed is to exceed the upper limit or fall
below the lower limit, the alarm sounds�
• The unit is "min "� "x10" or "x100" is displayed

depending on the rotation speed�
• If this key is kept pressed, it is fast-forwarded�
• The rotation speed can also be changed while
the file is in motion�
• Perform calibration by pressing ▽ and △ at the
same time� (See "4 – 7 – 1 Calibration"�)
