1 . A ny part that has become inoperativ e due to misuse, commercial use, abuse, neglect,
accident, improper maintenance, or alteration;

4. Routine maintenance items such as lubricants;
5. N ormal deterioration of the ex t erior f inish due to use or ex p osure.
T ransportation C harges : T ransportation charges f or the mov e ment of any pow er eq uipment unit
or attachment are the responsibility of the purchaser. I t is the purchaser' s responsibility to pay
transportation charges f or any part submitted f or replacement under this w arranty unless such
return is req uested in w riting by Law nM aster.
