Obtain interconnecting cord,
MILLER Part No. 042 236. Locate
supplied connector (item 6 below).
Remove wrapper from welding
power source.
For Millermatic 200:
1 Control Panel
2 Relay CR2 Terminals
Disconnect leads 34 and 37 from
CR2 contacts 4 and 7 (leads 34 and
36 for models prior to Serial No.
JA378748).
For Spoolmate 200:
3 Relay CR1 Terminals
Disconnect leads 34 and 44 from
contacts 4 and 7.
For either model:
4 Terminals
5 Leads
Cut off terminals from leads re-
moved from relay. Connect leads
with supplied connector as shown
below.
6 Connector
7 Contact
8 Lineman' s Pliers
Use pliers to push down contact.
Close connector, and reinstall
wrapper.
