the soundbar and television are both on at the
same time.
No sound coming from external sub
• Check that the external sub is turned on.
• Check that the soundbar is configured for a
wired or wireless subwoofer connection. Refer
to the "Subwoofer Connection" section of this
manual.
• If utilizing a wired connection, check that the
subwoofer cables are attached to the Sub Out
connection on the soundbar and to the appro-
priate input on the subwoofer.
• If utilizing a wireless connection, attempt to
re-sync the wireless connection. Refer to the
"Subwoofer Connection" section of this manual.
If a sync attempt has failed, you may need to
power down both the soundbar and subwoofer
wireless receiver before trying to re-sync.
• If utilizing a wireless connection, move the sub-
woofer closer to the soundbar.
• Turn the soundbar off and on using the remote
control or control panel power button.
• Unplug the sound bar, wait 30 seconds, and
plug it back in.
External sub is too quiet
• Turn up the volume on the subwoofer.
• Adjust the bass level setting in the soundbar
menu system.
• Try moving the subwoofer to a different loca-
tion in the listening room.
My soundbar is not behaving as expected.
• Turn the soundbar off and on using the remote
control or control panel power button.
• Unplug the sound bar, wait 30 seconds, and
plug it back in.
