GRILLED TOMATOES
6 stalks of cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
Turn on the grill. Select the
program and press OK.
Wash and dry the stalks of
cherry tomatoes. Mix them
delicately with olive oil, salt
and pepper.
As soon as preheating is
complete, put the stalks of
cherry tomatoes on the grill
and close it.
Serve the grilled tomatoes as a side dish or on toast with
mozzarella and a drizzle of olive oil.

grilled".
À LA PROVENÇALE
6 round fleshy tomatoes
3 garlic cloves, chopped
3 tablespoons chopped
parsley
6 tablespoons olive oil
Turn on the grill. Select the
program and press OK.
Cut the tomatoes in half.
If needed, cut the base of
each half-tomato so that
they sit flat.
Mix the olive oil with the
garlic, parsley and bread-
crumbs. Season with salt
and pepper and divide this
mixture among the halved
tomatoes.
As soon as preheating is
complete, put the halved
tomatoes on the grill and
close it carefully.
For the tomatoes to keep their shape, do not use ones
that are too ripe.
You can add a spoonful of dried herbes de Provence with
the parsley for even more flavour.
