When loading products make certain that:
• they are similar in size and type;
• the shelf load limit (160 kg/m² for shelves) is not exceeded;
• products do not cover the slots that ensure the correct circulation of cool air (see fig. 8, page 10).
IMPORTANT:
The door was designed to stay open WITHOUT ANY MECHANICAL BLOCKING SYSTEM,
simply by opening it to a 90° angle. Moreover, the "soft closing" system ensures slow
and gentle AUTOMATIC closing in the final part without the need to force the door shut
(fig. 15). As a result, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO PUSH the door open beyond a 90° angle
and block it using weights or HOLD it in position when it is already open at a 90° angle
(figs. 16-17-18, page 12).
8. USE
IMPORTANT: Before starting the refrigerated cabinet, fill the siphon with water (fig. 15a)
The showcase was designed and manufactured exclusively for the display of ice-creams
and frozen food (class L). Its function is preserving food temperature, not lowering it.
Therefore, when introduced, THE FOODSTUFFS MUST BE AT THEIR CONSERVATION TEM-
PERATURE. Do not load foods that have undergone heating. Use padded gloves when
handling ice-creams and frozen food.
TENSION ADJUSTMENT OF DOOR CLOSING SPRING
If the tension of the return spring has to be increased, it is necessary to carry out the steps in figure
15, page 11.
Defrost water is collected by a drain tube and conveyed to an evaporation tray located in the base
of the cabinet.
Regularly check that defrost water flows off normally.
If it does not, unclog by the use of a blunt flexible probe.

CONTROLS
Top on the right, cabinets are fitted with a switch for the control of product lighting and with a re-
mote thermostat/thermometer for temperature control. The remote thermostat displays the tem-
perature existing inside the case and allows temperature control by the use of the appropriate keys.
WARNING: Adjustment is reserved for the technical personnel.
